What’s Changing?
Effective for all eligible systems purchased from 1st March 2026, Billi will provide a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on Billi units supplied and installed by Aquaclear.
What’s Covered
The Billi warranty includes:
- Repair or replacement of defective parts and components
- Coverage for manufacturing faults under normal use
- Labour costs associated with approved warranty repairs
- Support from Aquaclear’s certified technicians
What’s Not Covered
As with any warranty, some conditions apply. The following are not covered:
- Consumables such as filters and cartridges (these require routine replacement)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Issues arising from non-authorised modifications or repairs
- External factors such as power surges, water quality outside specification, or environmental damage
- General wear and tear over time
