After years of solid growth in NSW, we now have a sales office in Sydney! The office is centrally located in the Sydney’s Olympic Park Precinct.

This signals our intention to further strengthen our client, staff and partner relationships nationally.

At this moment, it is worth taking a quick look in the rear-view mirror. Back in 2008 our founder Rob Williams purchased Billi’s Victorian Service Operation. This was a great chance to recruit some of Billi’s expert staff. Many of those staff remain as our most experienced Technicians. The expansion of our offering to be a one stop shop for sales and service of all major brands – has enabled us to steadily grow our team from there.

After a few years of focusing just on Melbourne and refining our operations, we expanded to service regional Victoria. Over the last eight years, we have steadily invested a network of partners to be able to offer national sales and service. Given the size of the market, it was inevitable that Sydney would become the location of our first office outside Melbourne.

With the strong growth in the breadth of the product range over recent years, it has become an important part of the process for some buyers to physically see their options. Whilst we will continue to visit clients with samples, sometimes it makes sense for clients to visit us.

Melbourne’s Head Office will remain as our national warehouse and the key operations centre to support our national team. We look forward to meeting with clients and partners at our Sydney Sales Office at 10 Herb Elliot Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park.
