Manufacturers change the specifications, features and availability of products at their own discretion and the AquaClear website may not reflect the latest specifications or features or may have removed their products from sale.

AquaClear’s liability from or in connection with the use of the web site, for whatever legal reason, is restricted to damage that AquaClear or its agents or employees have caused with malice intent, with gross negligence or, if infringing essential contractual obligations, slight negligence. In cases of slight negligence AquaClear’s liability is restricted to the typical, foreseeable damages with comparable matters of this type. Damages relating to guarantees or under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

AquaClear the owner only of the AquaClear trademark used on this website. The website contains the trademarks, logos, identifying marks and product descriptions of the manufacturers who’s brands we re-sell and/or service. We are authorised re-sellers of these brands, therefore use of their logos, images, identifying marks and product descriptions. Third parties are not allowed to use and apply any of the trademarks, logos and identifying marks on AquaClear website. Should you wish to use any images of the brands we sell or service, please contact those brands directly.

When considering purchasing products or parts from AquaClear, we encourage you to please refer to the websites of those manufacturers for their terms and conditions. We re-sell manufacturers products with the understanding that under Australian consumer protection legislation, that the manufacturer’s terms, conditions and warranties are remain valid as if you had purchased those products directly from the manufacturer.
